I've found instruction for other PC versions of Word for inserting a watermark only on certain pages, that tell me to ' I am making stationery where I insert a Watermark image in the header of page one, but I need to make a two page letterhead where the watermark only appears on page one and page two and subsequent pages have nothing in the header.
Remember that if you want watermarks from only one section to be removed, activate the header on one of the section pages and then hit Remove Watermark. If you want to remove the watermark in Word go to Page Layout, choose Watermark on Page Background group and then click Remove Watermark. Desktop version doesn't require the Internet Connection, support batch processing and larger files.
